Why Did Gypsy Rose Murder Her Mother?
Gypsy Rose’s mother was very cruel towards her daughter. Dee Dee Blanchard knew her daughter was fit, but she wanted to present Gypsy as ill towards others. Gypsy Rose ate food through pipes only, and she always wore a canola.
Life was getting painful for Gypsy Rose. So, in 2011, she tried to escape after realizing her mother’s evil skim with her boyfriend, Nick Godejohn, whom she met on social media. However, Gypsy’s mother caught her and threatened her with death.
Thus, on 15 June 2015, Gypsy Rose and her boyfriend murdered her mother by stabbing her. Dee Dee Blanchard’s dead body was found in Springfield, Missouri, United States of America.
How Is Gypsy Rose’s Boyfriend?
Gypsy Rose had a boyfriend named Nick Godejohn. She and her boyfriend planned all from the start to murder her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.
Currently, Nick Godejohn is in prison for the crime of a first-degree murder case. He was the one who stabbed Dee Dee Blanchard to death. Missouri court has sentenced him to life imprisonment for murdering a person and additional 25 years in prison for being an armed criminal.
However, as Nick Godejohn’s life imprisonment and 25 years of custody will be active concurrently, it will be beneficial for him to get released. Besides, as a first-degree murderer, he has no chance of getting any payroll like Gypsy Rose.
